Phil Spencer kommenterer yderligere på ringe arbejdsforhold hos Activision Blizzard

Én ting er naturligvis at Microsoft snart kommer til at sidde på alle Activision Blizzards vilde IP'er, en helt anden er at Microsoft selvfølgelig også har lidt af en kamp foran sig.

Activision Blizzard gennemgår samtidig en større omvæltning efter signifikante anklager fra et utal af medarbejdere, der har beskyldt hele organisationen for systematisk undertrykkelse, chikane og sexisme. Som IGN skriver har både Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella og Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer udsendt emails til samtlige Activision Blizzard-ansatte i går efter købet blev offentliggjort, og slået fast at ja, de vil se banebrydende ændringer i firmakulturen nu.

"Effective today, Phil Spencer will become CEO, Microsoft Gaming. When the acquisition closes, the Activision Blizzard business will report to Phil.
